1. To add a Blockout, click the Add Blockout button at the right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Put in the Date Range for your blockout by selecting the Start and End Date. You can do this by either typing or using the dropdown selector. Remember to allow for drive times to/from your other commitments if outside of your normal area.
3. You may also place the reason for the blockout on the text field provided.
4. The length of your blockout must not exceed your Minimum Hour Requirement. This means that if your minimum requirement is 24, your total blockout hours must not be equal or more than 24 hours.
5. Click Save. Your blockout should appear at the bottom of your screen.
Important Note: Blockouts do not cancel or nullify existing appointments. If a job has already been assigned to you prior to adding the blockout, it will remain in your job list. If you need it removed, please contact the Operations Team.
