Creating an Order

  • On the campaign, click on the Create button on the upper right hand corner
  • On the right hand modal, click on Create Order > select the Service that the client would like to order the product (ex. Agent Marketing, Print, Signboard, Signboard etc.,) > choose the Provider > select the Product, quantity, options, etc., > click on Add to Campaign
  • Once you clicked on Add to Campaign, order will now be on the Pending Orders tab ready for you to Create Artwork.


New Artwork Builder - Navigation

  • Click on the Create Artwork button against the pending order (see above screenshot)
  • You will then be directed to Select Template page where you can select your desired template (Note: If the client’s template has Category, they can make use of the filter on the right hand side to narrow down their selection. Alternatively, if their brand permits they can also upload their custom artwork under Custom Artwork modal).
  • Once you have selected a template, it will bring you to the artwork page where you can update the artwork as needed. Note that there may be fields that will automatically has details on them as the template fields could have some shortcodes on them.
  • If the artwork that you are working on needs additional page, click on the Add Page button on the right hand side.
  • If the artwork pages needs to be managed (sort order needs to be change), click on Manage Pages.
  • From here, you can click on Save Page (if you want to save the artwork page), Delete (if you want to delete the page), Replace (if you want to replace the template that was selected), or click on Down/Up to simply change the sort order of the pages.




More Options

Edit Artwork Fields - click on it to see the editable fields on the artwork and update them accordingly.

View Conversation - you will need first to share your artwork with someone and ask them to review your artwork and get some feedback about it to have a Conversation.

Campaign Data - shows the campaign data - property address, listing agent, property features, listing details, auction and inspection date, property url. Please note that these data here could be syncing from their campaign in their CRM’s if the Artwork Data Sync is turned On on their Agency Settings.

Save Artwork to Library - if you want to save the artwork to the office library for future use

Rebuild Preview - simply just refreshing the page

Delete Artwork - if you want to delete the whole artwork and start from scratch or maybe use a different template.

Important Reminder

Once artwork is finished, it is advisable for client to download their Print Quality proof so they can see how their artwork/s are going to be print out by their supplier.
