We can only delete an order if:


- The campaign hasn't gone live.

- JT AIM status is 'Proof Sent'

How to delete an NPM order?


  • If the property website hasn't been sent live, just proceed and delete the package ordered.
  • If the property website has been sent live, JT AIM status is 'Proof Sent', 'Artwork Approved'. Delete the package ordered and send the following details to the sales rep:.


Hi ___,

This NPM order has been removed. Here's your booking reference:

Package: 
Property Address: 
Booking Number:

How to delete a McGrath order?

  • Go to Item Details > Edit > Remove From Campaign.
  • Do this for all products included in the package ordered.





How to delete a usual AIM order?

  • From the 'Supervisor' screen, tick all digital orders that requires to be removed.
  • Click Change Status.



  • From the dropdown, select 'Deleted', then add the ticket number under 'Reason for change' field.



  • Or you can also do it from Item Details. From JT AIM > Item Details > Change Status.
