With the new lead access feature on Facebook, more than giving page admin access is needed now to run lead generation ads and have the leads sent to the office automatically.

 

These are the things we need:

  • Admin access to the office’s Facebook page.

  • Be made as a partner of the office’s Business Manager

  • Share your Facebook assets with us

 

How to make Campaigntrack your Business Manager’s Partner?

  • Using CT Business Manager ID (1474884335863842), follow the steps below.

  • From your Business Manager, click on the Users dropdown and choose Partners.

 

 

  • Click on the Add button, then Give a partner access to your assets.

 

  • Add Campaigntrack’s ID on the field available and hit Next.

 

How to share your assets with Campaigntrack?

  • Choose the type of asset on the 1st column (either New Page Experience or Classic Pages) under the Pages section.

 

 

 

  • Select the assets you want to give your partner access to in the 2nd column. (This is usually just your Facebook page name.)

 

 

  • Assign the role Facebook access to Campaigntrack in the 3rd column and click Save Changes.

 

 

  • After assigning the assets, you need to also assign the lead access to Campaigntrack. From Partners tab under Users, choose your Facebook page from the list and click Share Assets.

 

  • A pop-up will appear where you need to scroll down to Lead Access. From the 1st column, choose Campaigntrack > Manage Lead Access > Save Changes.
