When a client requests a campaign cancellation, there could be two things we can run into.


  • JT AIM status is 'Artwork Approved'

           - They just approved the artwork, and the campaign hasn't gone live. 

           - Send a JT message to production and let them know that we will be deleting the order as the client requested for                 cancellation.

           - Delete the order/s.


  •  Campaign is 'Live'

           -  Send a JT message to production about the cancellation, ask for the budget expended, and request to mark the                 order item as abandoned. 

           - Once you have the amount, adjust the price on Item Details accordingly. (Cost, Client, and Vendor)
