Part 1: Connecting systems

 

STEP 1: Login to Vault > Office Integrations > Third-Party Access > click on "Create Token" and select Realhub from the drop down.


STEP 2: If you select Realhub in the Third Party Permissions section, you will see an API key. Copy this key and login to your Realhub account.


STEP 3: Once logged into Realhub , go to the "Agency Admin" section and select "Integrations" (in the left hand menu.)


STEP 4: Under CRM Sync select VaultRE in the Sync API drop down menu and input the API Key that was copied from VaultRE.


 STEP 5: Click save details in the bottom right of your page.


 

Part 2: Importing listings

 

STEP 1 : In Realhub go to the Campaign Dashboard (Homepage) and click the green 'Create' button in the top right. 


STEP 2: A modal will show that allows you to click 'Import from CRM' 


STEP 3: Now you will be able to search for a campaign by the address, number and name (avoid commas and suburbs). Once the property appears > click import. 

 

NOTE: If the office is in a brand group and you are working in the brand group admin (leader) then you will have a drop down menu that will allow you to select which office you would like this campaign to be assigned to.
