The 2-step approval enables agents to approve their Digital Artwork, while only a user with admin-permissions can give the ultimate approval that will send the artwork off to us. 

Please get in touch with us if you'd like to have the 2-step approval enabled for your offices Campaigntrack or Realhub account.

 

STEP 1: The agent will be able to approve artwork, however, they will get the below note. Click Confirm if happy with the artwork. 

 

 

STEP 2: The task will now show as Awaiting Admin Approval, and the admin user would also have received an email to prompt them to give the final approval. 

 

 

 

STEP 3: Once happy with the artwork hit Awaiting Admin Approval and OK to confirm artwork. The campaign will go live as per date selected.
