Step1: Click Get Started.

Step 2: On the asset field, paste the Facebook ID, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and select the Facebook page. 

Step3:  Select an issue.

You can select OTHER PAGE ISSUE

Step 4. Fill out the necessary fields. 

 Provide necessary information that will help the support team further investigate.

Step 5: Click START CHAT

This will create a live chat with the Facebook support team.
