If your agent photo is cropped on your AIM banners, here's how it can be fixed. 


  • Upload a new agent headshot under the Manager Users section from the top right corner of the Settings icon. Make sure the image has the following dimensions:
    • Leave some space above the head.
    • Start from the chest upwards at the bottom.

      


  • On your artwork approval screen, click on 'Save & Refresh Artwork' for the new image to pull through.
