Step 1: Make sure they have a username set up in new office

Step 2: Make a toggle between to usernames/accounts so their listings still show

Step 3: Set up an agent site in new account (no vanity URL needed)
Need to copy over photos bio, testimonials, featured properties, videos etc

Step 4: We log a JIRA to get the Vanity URL from old account transferred to new site and make sure the vanity URL shows in the new account under the maintenance page

Step 5: Once done we check that all agents and Admins can access maintenance page to make changes
