1.  Find your campaign in Campaigntrack

  • Search for the campaign in the Active Campaigns list or through the Search for field above the page.
  • Click the property address.


2. Order the service from the Campaigntrack Shopping Cart

  • Create your order from the Shopping Cart, under the Photos, Videos, Plans and Copy category.


3. Place your order or book the appointment while it’s still on quote

  • Book the appointment while it’s still on quote by clicking the little clock icon beside the product or
  • Place the order first by clicking the Place Order Now button.


4. Locate your order from the Campaigntrack Dashboard

  • Find the order under the Content Studio Section inside the Dashboard page.
  • Click the ‘Book Appointment’ task of the corresponding order.


5. You will now be redirected to the new Content House Calendar

With our single sign-on feature, you will be able to access our new calendar seamlessly. All white slots inside the calendar indicate availability while all grey slots are unavailable that can only be booked as standby.

  • Hover the arrow above the slots and observe how it creates a blue highlight to indicate the length of the appointment.


6. Review your Booking Card

Let us first review our orders from the booking card.

  • Locate the Booking Card on the right side of the screen. This card is where you will find your bookings. If you have created multiple quotes from the Campaigntrack Shopping Cart, you will see them all in this section.
  • Locate the ‘Pending’ tag in the item. The tags shall change to ‘Standby’ if an unavailable slot is selected and ‘Confirmed’ if an available slot is selected and confirmed.


7. Select your slots

Let us now try booking an appointment for a standalone product.

  • Choose a slot by first identifying the service, which can be seen at the top of the calendar.
  • Match this with your preferred time from the left side.
  • Select the slot by clicking the plus icon. It will automatically turn green upon selection.
  • Take note of the green icon on the bookings card. This indicates that there is a booking against this particular quote.
  • If you wish to change your selection, click once more to remove the previously selected slot and choose a new one.
  • You will also notice that the green icon in the card has reverted back to grey upon slot removal. This indicates that there is no current booking against this quote.
