For a property to appear on the agent site form and show correctly on  Agent Site , the following criteria should be met:

1. Property is Active
2. Property or property website is NOT withdrawn
4. Campaign type is 'Property'

5. Campaign should have Photos
6. The campaign has ordered items against it. (Note a campaign should show even if no UPW is ordered)
7. 'Show Listing on Agent Site' flag in on (This toggle automatically be set to on for all listings)
8. To have a property show on the Sold Available properties in the maintenance page, the property should be marked off as sold at the website or dashboard level (or pushed from the CRM).

Note the listing may be Inactive but marked as sold. This is to allow agents with a low turn over of properties to still have substantial sold listings show as our system automatically marks campaigns as inactive after 6 months of inactivity after the last completed task.

*Notes:

  • Current listings are sorted by Promoted Listings > Listing Date (Campaign created) and Date Start (First ordered item). Newest shows first
Sold Listings are sorted by Promoted Listings > Sold Date the customer lists when marking the property as sold. (Newest first) > Date taken off the market if no Sale Date is used
  • A listing should show up on an agent site for the primary as well as the secondary agent
  • Properties that have a website (property showcase or with vanity url) should still direct to property showcase when users click on them. This is to avoid throwing an error when domains expire. Properties that don't have a website, will have a pop up enquiry window.
