For a Property to show as an available listing on the maintenance page and show on an Agent Site , the following criteria should be met:
- Should be set up as a campaign type 'Property'. Should not be an agent or office marketing campaign.
Property is Active. - Campaign should include images.
- Should have at least one ordered item.
- 'Show Listing on Agent Site' flag is on (Usually on by default).
- To have a property show under the sold section, the property should be marked off as sold.
Note: Inactive sold properties will continue to show under the sold section. You will need to turn off the Show Listing on Agent Site' flag if you do not want a specific listing to show.
Occasionally for listings with property websites, despite having met all the required conditions, it may not still appear on the agent site. Following the steps below can help resolve this.
1.Deselect the images in the portal form and click on Save changes.
2. Once updated, go back to the portal form and re-select the images, click on Save and send LIVE.
