What is re-marketing?

It is a way to reconnect with people who have previously visited your property website. People who are familiar with your brand or property already, are more likely to interact with it again, so ads are shown on Google + Facebook again to people who have previously visited.

The re-marketing audience lives in the Facebook and Google Ad accounts, so there are separate audiences for Facebook + Google Display.

Re-marketing a specific property.

Each campaign uses a portion of the budget to show the property again to people who have visited the website.

Office re-marketing audience.

For habitual orderers who have built up a re-marketing audience, we show the new property to people who have recently visited other property websites from that Agency. As the office re-marketing audience grows, we segment further to property type to show the user the most relevant properties to them.

Each Property Website visitor is dropped into 4 re-marketing audience buckets.

Why is re-marketing good?

By building a re-marketing database, you’re building your own database of in-market people in your area who are looking to buy. Campaigns tend to perform better and result in more enquiries.

While our competitors utilize re-marketing, they don’t offer your own exclusive audience. So for every campaign Agency A does, Agency B benefits from the re-marketing audience that Agency A-Z has accrued. The Campaigntrack AIM story is different, we build an audience exclusively for you at an agent and office level.

Consistently ordering AIM campaigns will give you a strong re-marketing audience pool.

A user stays in a re-marketing audience for 90 days. If they don’t click on any more of your ads during that time, they will drop off from the pool, keeping the pool relevant.

The more campaigns that you run, the stronger it will be. When a user visits a property site, we drop a cookie which is a small bit of code onto their computer. All websites do this to track who is a returning visitor and enables re-marketing ads to work. If a user clears their cache or clears their cookies, you will no longer be able to re-market to that user. So it’s important to regularly run AIM campaigns and ‘top up’ your re-marketing audience.
