By connecting your social pages to your CT log in, you can do the following:

  • Auto post a property to two different pages (primary agent and office) for each platform - Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Override the office level Facebook page that is linked during initial onboarding so that your Facebook ads for property campaigns are directed via your agent page.
  • Run your agent Facebook digital marketing campaigns via the agent page.

1. Click on 'Social & Digital Marketing Settings' from your user panel.

If you are set up as an agent, you will have access to My Settings. If you are an admin, you will be able to see My Settings and Company Settings. Company settings are used for posts only NOT for ads.

2. Select 'Add New', this will prompt the user to connect their Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn account.

After the set up has been completely finalized, for any digital package you order under a property, a post will up on connected pages and Facebook Ads will be directed via the selected default page.

Banner Approval is the trigger for your posts. Please note only one post will go up per property given linking has been done correctly.
