Our Sold Digital product allows the flexibility to direct to your sold ads to any preferred landing page. However, here are some Do's and Don'taround this.


DO'S

  • Drive traffic to your agent website. Ensure that the sold property seen in the ads is on the page somewhere as one of the featured sold properties for that agent.
  • Drive traffic to the Unique Property Website (UPW) that was used for your sale campaign. 
  • Drive traffic to the property page on your agency website.


DON'TS

  • Use your Facebook page as the landing page for your Facebook ads. This is against Facebook policy and the ads will be rejected.
  • Drive traffic to the listing on Domain, REA or any other portals. When a user clicks through to see details of the sold property as perhaps they have a similar property in the area or are in the market to buy. After viewing the property page, they may contact the agent or consider them on their shortlist to sell. Users are then likely to return to the main search results of REA/Domain to view your competitor's properties and competing agents. In short, your competitors could benefit off of your campaign.
