1. Once an order for a digital sale package has been placed, you will find a task on Campaign Dashboard. Click on 'Edit Content' to start creating the property website.


2.  Fill out the property website form.

  • If you have selected the Custom URL option at order stage, type in your preferred .com URL such as             www.23georgestreetnewtown.com.

Click on 'Check Availability' to ensure the URL is not yet taken. It is also extremely important that you check the spelling on the URL before sending the website live.

  • If you have not selected the Custom URL option, the field below will not appear on the property website form.


  • Property details such as bed, bath, car, sale method, etc as well as photos and floor plans should automatically pull through from the campaign form and content section. These can, however, still be entered or and photos uploaded within the property website form. 
  • The selection of photos and floor plans that you want to display on the website can be done in the form by clicking on them. The numbers determine the order of appearance.


  • Click on 'OFI' to add open times. You can add multiple OFI's. These will then automatically drop off from the property website once the dates have passed. 
  • Click on 'Save Changes' or 'Save & Send Live' if you are ready to send it live on the web.


  • You can view your website either from the Portal Exports tab or from the Campaign Dashboard before and after sending the website live. Digital banners will only generate after website is sent LIVE.
